Ian Bresnahan

President, CEO and Co-Founder

A 15-year entrepreneur and technology executive, Ian Bresnahan is responsible for determining the strategic direction and vision of ReachView Technologies. Under his guidance, the company has become a thought leader for business service assurance and service management. Bresnahan has personally worked with many of ReachView's telecommunications and transaction processing clients, who include more than 50 of the largest transaction processors and carrier service providers in the country. His personal involvement with ReachView's customers means you get not only software and consulting services, you get a strategic partner you can count on.

Bresnahan has held leadership positions with several top software and hardware vendors, including Winward Technology Group (acquired by Verso Technologies) and The Computer Group (acquired by Ikon Office Solutions). He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science.

Todd Cochran

Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder

Todd Cochran is responsible for technical strategy and product development for ReachView Technologies. A technology executive for more than 15 years, he has a successful track record managing large development teams and personally directing many of the mission-critical service assurance projects completed for ReachView's customers in telecommunications and transaction processing.

Cochran is a thought leader across all areas of service assurance and service management, and has several years of hands-on experience with leading technology solutions. He is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University in Atlanta, Georgia, with a degree in Computer Science.

Josh Shipman

Vice President of Business Development and Co-Founder

With more than 10 years of business development experience, Josh Shipman is responsible for establishing and building ReachView's customer relationships through direct sales. Shipman is a career sales executive who has led top revenue-producing sales teams, thanks to his commitment to listening to customer needs and delivering on commitments to address those needs. He has had much success as an entrepreneur as well. Shipman co-founded leading technology companies, including Winward Technology Group (acquired by Verso Technologies) and iSphinx (P) Ltd. (acquired by Softential Inc.) He is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.

Frank Wood

Vice President of Solutions Architecture

Frank Wood is responsible for delivering pre- and post-sales consulting and implementation services for ReachView Technologies' customers. He is a successful leader with over 26 years of experience in information technology, service assurance and service management consulting in government, legal, manufacturing and telecommunications industry sectors. Prior to ReachView, Wood held executive positions at Micromuse, Eltrax Systems (acquired by Verso Technologies) and Saint-Gobain Corporation.

Previous to his commercial sector work, Wood was an officer in the U.S. Army. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (Information Technology concentration) from Saint Martin College in Olympia, WA and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physics from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.
