TELUS Chooses ReachView Technologies to Deliver Service Assurance Platform

ATLANTA—June 1, 2008—TELUS, one of Canada’s leading national telecommunications companies, has chosen ReachView Technologies, an Alcatel-Lucent company, to consolidate its service assurance architecture with IBM Tivoli Netcool software. This next generation service management platform will enable TELUS to deliver superior service and value to customers throughout Canada who use its voice, IP, and data services every day.

ReachView’s demonstrated expertise with IBM Tivoli Netcool and OSS integration was one of the reasons Alcatel-Lucent acquired the company in April 2008.

With the deployment of Netcool to its network, TELUS will join the ranks of more than 1000 service providers who use this industry-leading software to monitor and manage service delivery. TELUS will be Alcatel-Lucent’s 100th customer for IBM Tivoli Netcool. Read more>>
