The Technology Roadmap

ReachView consultants work with your team to evaluate current business performance objectives, then build a technical strategy that includes recommendations for operational best practices and workflows, insight into how to leverage existing assets, and projections to determine future technology requirements. The work product that results is a full-lifecycle project management plan and technology Roadmap that guides you through the cost, timeframes and different solution options that can deliver on your vision for business performance. This deliverable helps you quantify your priorities and spells out ReachView's process and methodology for successful delivery, and ultimately projects the benefits to your organization.

Statement of Work

Once we agree on requirements, you will receive a Statement of Work (SOW) that defines project management deliverables. The SOW includes a bill-of-materials, maintenance costs and milestones. The SOW document tells you exactly what you are purchasing and what ReachView is delivering in partnership with your organization.

The Project Management Plan

At ReachView, we believe that your implementation will not succeed unless your team and ours work together seamlessly. Your resources are written into our project management plan, working side-by-side with us to ensure a sharp focus on knowledge transfer.

"As-built" Training

Too many technology solutions are purchased only to become "shelfware." ReachView provides "as-built" training customized to your specific technology implementation and deployment. We tailor training for classroom or on-site instruction of managers, administrators and users.
